Danville Enacts New ATV Ordinance

The Vermont ATV Sportsman’s Association (VASA) is notifying its members and ATV enthusiasts throughout the state that the town of Danville, Vermont has enacted a new ATV Ordinance.

At this time, the new ordinance does not allow VASA the ability to utilize town roads as VASA trail. Please note that resident ATV operators and owners of “real property” in Danville may purchase a decal from the town that will grant limited access to the roads. The ordinance is effective as of December 1, 2016. VASA has posted the ordinance on our website in an effort to help spread this new information. Please visit this link to read the ordinance in its entirety.
