You can do all those things using the 2022 applications.

 The updated TAD application for 2022 includes an opportunity to voluntarily donate additional funds to the club you have chosen to join on the application. There is an option to select preset amounts or enter a custom amount.  The club only (TAD not included) application offers the option to donate additional funds to your chosen club as well.
